As a former Hospital/Nurse Executive with 17 years of experience in multiple acute care settings across the US, I created this consulting firm to help heal broken healthcare processes and support the patient care your teams provide to your precious community.

I am a proud graduate of Duke University's School of Nursing where I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership. I am also a current Nurse Executive Fellow in the AONL's 2024 cohort. I received my MSN and BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington and hold a board certification as an Advanced Nurse Executive from the ANCC. I have published and presented on multiple topics including nurse manager resilience, nurse workflow efficiencies and clinician well-being.
